These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal relationship between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the customer) and Alpine Hotel Wengen - HSWS SA (hereinafter referred to as the hotel). For the sake of simplicity, all references in these GTC to services are to be understood as contracts.
The Hotel's terms and conditions applicable at the time the contract is concluded shall apply exclusively. The Customer's terms and conditions shall only apply if this has been expressly agreed in writing before the contract is signed.
Individual reservations are only considered binding if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiration date and cryptogram or with a partial/full prepayment of the stay before the arrival of the client according to the sales conditions of the reserved rate.
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
Special conditions apply for groups. Promotional codes are not applicable on requests for more than 5 rooms. Please contact the reservation department for any information: sales@alpinehotelwengen.com.
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival (before 2:00 pm). Cancellation fee in case of late cancellation: from 6 to 3 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount; from 2 to 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival (before 2:00 pm). Cancellation fees for late cancellations: 14 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount; 7 to 3 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount; 2 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the day of arrival (before 2 pm). A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. In case of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be kept and not refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Prepayment of the total amount of the stay at the time of reservation. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be changed and the prepaid amount is non-refundable. This prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation, change of dates of stay or no-show.
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which may not be sought for payment of any additional compensation.
